‘Oliver Projects is delighted to present Drawing Closer, a group exhibition of new and recent works on paper by South London-based artists Joseph Goody, Rebecca Harper and Tamsin Relly.
Displayed in a London family home, the selection of work explores interior and exterior spaces, memories and drawn boundaries – both visible and invisible. Each artist investigates these ideas in distinctive ways. Whilst Relly’s work explore society’s relationship with natural and urban environments, Goody’s practice examines relationships between abstract forms. Harper’s paintings for this project, inspired by old family photographs, navigate similar themes of distance and interaction, albeit from a personal perspective.
The scale and preoccupations of these artists’ pictures evoke an intimacy echoed by their domestic surroundings. Flowers from the garden, furniture handed down through generations and children’s toys all play a part in the installation.

Three unique works will be available in support of ManKind Initiative and Women’s Aid.
